Dose

Do not crush or split Vita Plus Melatonin or any other health supplement extended-release tablets unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you to do so. Swallow the whole tablet without crushing or chewing, and only take one pill per half-hour dose. If it takes 5 hours for your body to metabolize a half-hour dose in a small child or 1 hour in an adult (or longer for a baby who weighs 1 pound or less), then take 2 tablets at 4-hour intervals. For example, if it takes 3 hours for your body to metabolize one half-hour dose, take two, 4-hour doses.

Side effects of Vita Plus Melatonin 3 mg 30 tabs: Headache, dizziness, shaking, nausea, or abdominal cramps may occur. If any of these effects are visible or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist instantly. This product may also make you drowsy or less alert during the day. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have daytime drowsiness.
